Thin Soy Sauce, Dragon Fly, 23 fl oz

Thin Soy Sauce (ซีอิ๊วขาว, siew kao in Thai) is a light soy sauce and should not to be confused with low sodium products. Rather, Thai thin soya sauce has a lighter, more subtle flavor than Japanese or Chinese soy. Use it in Southeast Asian recipes calling for soy sauce, rather than your local supermarket brands, for a noticeable difference in taste. Try it as a vegetarian substitute for Thai Fish Sauce.

This brand is made by the Kwong Hung Seng company Thailand, popularly known as Dragonfly brand because of it's logo.

Store up to one year at room temperature.
